We have scientific management method and advanced equipment, including continuous hot-dip galvanized lines and pre-painted lines to produce galvanized products, aluminum-zinc coated products and pre-painted products. Our production capacity is 600,000MT/year of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and 100,000MT/year of pre-painted steel sheets.
Our product thickness ranges from 0.15mm to 2.3mm and the width ranges from 600mm to 1550mm. The base metals are mainly hot-rolled steel sheets. The hot-dip galvanized products include galvanized products, 55% Al-Zn coated (Galvalume) products and 5% Al-Zn coated (Galfan) products. The pre-painted products have different coatings, including acrylic, PE, SMP and PVDF. The coating thickness varies from 10um to 100um.
